Application:
✔ Application on treadmills: Apply with the equipment turned off, under the running belt, on both sides. Turn on the treadmill for 1–2 minutes to spread the gel.
✔ Application on weight training machines: Use on the axles of the plates and contact areas; leave to act for 15 seconds.
✔ Application on indoor bikes: Recommended for leather brake shoes and other mobile surfaces.
