SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION:
- We deliver orders from Monday to Friday. Shipments are not made on some holidays (you can get confirmation by sending an email to (info@yourfitequipment.com).
- We guarantee the delivery of the order to the requested address, either at home or at work and deliveries do not take place in mailboxes.
- The preparation and shipment of the order from the warehouse can take up to 2 working days (5 working days for large orders) after payment confirmation.
- COVID-19 NOTICE: Estimated time to prepare and ship orders is currently 2-5 business days.
- After shipping, delivery time varies depending on location and carrier.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
- Actual weight of the order;
- Operator fees, which are updated periodically;
- Customer delivery address.

TIME OF TRANSPORTATION:
- YOURFIT®, works in collaboration with carriers to ensure the following shipping deadlines. However, they may vary for reasons other than YOURFIT®.
- Mainland Portugal: 2 working days (5 working days for large orders)
- Islands (Azores / Madeira): Between 5 and 8 working days.
- Spain: 3 working days (5/7 working days for large orders).
- Weekly shipments to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, UK with delivery on Friday in 7/10 working days.
- Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland: weekly shipments with Friday delivery on 7/10 working days.
- Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania: weekly shipments with Friday delivery in 7/10 business days.

Christmas and New Year:
- To ensure that you receive your order by December 25th, you must place and pay by 15:00 on December 20th for deliveries in Portugal and Spain.
- Until December 8th for deliveries in France. For deliveries outside this zone, orders must be placed and paid for before 3pm on 7 December.
- Orders placed between December 25th and January 3rd may be delayed.
